We only act on the information you supply , therefore any details you have entered that are incorrect renders Carla Florist not liable for any non-delivery. Please take care to supply current/valid contact numbers to enable us to contact you or the recipient should we encounter any issues arising from your order with us. Delivery Address for the Recipient includes the POST CODE, our website uses the Post Code to determine the Delivery Cost, therefore please ensure you correctly enter this information when you place the order. With regard to any "Card Message" supplied we accept what you have written as correct therefore Carla Florist will not accept liability for any spelling, grammar mistakes the message wil be written as stated
2. Order Prices and Selection of Extras.
All prices shown on our website are Inclusive of GST and currency is Australian dollars (AUD)
You have the availability to adjust the Price by utilising the Selection section covering, Size, Extras, such as Wrapping (included with purchase) or Vase, Pots, baskets, plus we offer our Carla card (included with your purchase) or Gift card.
Delivery Fees are in addition and will be added once the recipients Post Code has been entered.
Carla Florist use Paypal to process our payments and therefore do not hold any Credit card details on file. Please visit the PayPal website if you require any further information.
3. Customer Request and Card Message Section
Should you have a request we will try our best to manage however if we are unable to meet will contact you using the dtails you have entered.
Please use this section to enter your message - take care with any spelling and grammar as we write what you enter.
All images are Carla Florist examples - each has a detailed description and if any Vases, Ceramic pots, Baskets or Containers are shown they also include the value. Should you wish to purchase the exact flowers of an image - please use the Selection boxes to add each component to your order.
5. Seasonal Availability - Bouquets/Arrangements/Posies/Roses/Plants
Due to the term "Seasonal" Flowers these are the best and freshest flowers available at various times of the year. Therefore if a request is received for "Out of Season" Flowers, we will undertake to contact you to discuss substitiions - if not contactable we will use "In Season" flowers to closely match the price and quality that you originally ordered.
6. Dont like what we have created or Flowers not as expected.
Please phone us immediately and we will discuss the problem and in most cases will replace to the same value. This is on the understanding we are able to collect the original order on receipt of the new one. Should this not be available we hold the right to not rectify the problem.
If you wish to cancel your order before the delivery has left our shop a full refund will apply. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been collected by courier from our shop - a standard $20 fee will apply - this covers the cost of courier plus a small re stocking fee. Any refund of orders for online, telephone or in our shop will be credited to the original credit card or to the Paypal account used for payment. For Cash purchases we will refund cash, alternatively we will arrange for a Shop credit voucher for use with your next purchase.
Additionally please note that our website contains numerous trademarks which can belong both to our company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers, and will be considered a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications.
